Ohio High School Basketball - North Ridgeville can't get by Elyria

The North Ridgeville Rangers basketball squad (North Ridgeville, OH), was nudged 66-64 in Friday's league battle with the host Elyria Pioneers (Elyria, OH)

With the victory, Elyria advances its record to 13-4 on the year. The Pioneers travel to Avon Lake (Avon Lake, OH) to meet the Shoremen in a Southwestern battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Shoremen enter the battle with a record of 3-14. Avon Lake won 72-63 in their recent league battle against Steele (Amherst, OH)

The Rangers now own a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brookside for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 1. North Ridgeville will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 80-60 league win over Columbia (Columbia Station, OH). The Cardinals record now stands at 10-5.
