Next, the Matadors clash with the Lake View Chiefs (San Angelo, TX) in a 4A Region I District 5 test, on Tuesday, February 4. Estacado will attempt to improve on its 24-6 season record. The Chiefs come into the test with a 14-13 record after their 60-44 league win over Snyder (Snyder, TX).

The Patriots (23-5) will now prepare for their test against Big Spring (Big Spring, TX). The Steers come into the 4A Region I District 5 test with a 9-17 record.
