The Lions (8-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverside Military Academy (Gainesville, GA). The Eagles come into the GIAA AAAA/AAA District 4 challenge with a 2-12 record. In their last challenge, Riverside Military Academy was tipped by Athens Christian (Athens, GA), 87-46, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Trinity Christian Crusaders (Dublin, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 1. George Walton Academy will attempt to better on its 4-14 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 2-17 record after their 63-50 league win over Windsor Academy (Macon, GA).
