California High School Basketball - Golden Valley knocked off by Saugus

January 31, 2025: Santa Clarita, CA 91321

In Friday's league test, the Saugus Centurions (Saugus, CA) basketball squad knocked off the host Golden Valley Grizzlies (Santa Clarita, CA), by a score of 62-51.

Next, the Centurions clash with the Castaic Coyotes (Castaic, CA) in a Foothill test, on Wednesday, February 5. Saugus will attempt to improve on its 18-9 season record.

The Grizzlies (16-10) will now prepare for their test against Valencia (Valencia, CA). The Vikings come into the Foothill test with a 10-16 record. In their last test, Valencia beat Canyon (Canyon Country, CA), 71-61, in a league test.
