In Friday's non-league test, the St. Edmond Gaels (Fort Dodge, IA) basketball squad trounced the host Hampton-Dumont/CAL (Hampton, IA), by a final score of 72-43.
Next, the Gaels clash with the Humboldt Wildcats (Humboldt, IA) in a North Central test, on Tuesday, February 4. St. Edmond will attempt to upgrade on its 17-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 11-6 record after their 95-59 league loss to Clear Lake (Clear Lake, IA).
