The Harwood Highlanders defeated the visiting Lamoille Lancers basketball squad by a final score of 59-51 in Friday's league outing.
Next, the Highlanders clash with the Lake Region Rangers (Orleans, VT) in a Capital outing, on Monday, February 3. Harwood will attempt to upgrade on its 11-3 season record. The Rangers come into the outing with a 5-8 record after their 43-41 league loss to Lyndon Institute (Lyndon Center, VT).
The Lancers (7-5) will now prepare for their outing against Peoples Academy (Morrisville, VT). The Wolves come into the non-league outing with a 5-9 record. In their last outing, Peoples Academy was defeated by Hazen (Hardwick, VT), 70-57, in a non-league outing.
