In Friday's non-league test, the Jonesport-Beals Royals (Jonesport, ME) basketball squad got by the visiting Woodland Dragons (Baileyville, ME), by a score of 54-52.

Next, the Royals encounter the Narraguagus Knights (Harrington, ME) in a non-league test, on Monday, February 3. Jonesport-Beals will attempt to improve on its 10-7 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 3-14 record after their 72-43 non-league loss to Washington Academy (East Machias, ME).
