In Friday's non-league test, the Sequoyah Indians (Tahlequah, OK) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Keys Cougars (Park Hill, OK), by a score of 78-59.
Next, the Indians encounter the Riverside Indian Braves (Anadarko, OK) in a Freelance test, on Saturday, February 8. Sequoyah will attempt to improve on its 11-6 season record.
The Cougars (10-9) will now prepare for their test against Westville (Westville, OK). The Yellowjackets come into the Big Eight test with a 2-15 record. In their last test, Westville was knocked off by Union Christian Academy (Fort Smith, AR), 60-59, in a non-league test.
