The Kiski Area Cavaliers (Vandergrift, PA) basketball crushed the host Shaler Area Titans (Pittsburgh, PA), 70-39 in Friday's league bout.
The Cavaliers now possess a 11-6 record. They play next when they host Plum for a WPIAL 5A 2 bout on Tuesday, February 4. Kiski Area will play a Mustangs team coming off a 52-45 league loss to Penn Hills (Pittsburgh, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-9.
With the loss, Shaler Area falls to 7-11 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Indiana (Indiana, PA) to play the Little Indians in a WPIAL 5A 2 bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Little Indians go into the bout with a record of 5-11.
