The Shead Tigers basketball squad (Eastport, ME), was outscored 57-43 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Lee Academy Pandas (Lee, ME)
With the victory, Lee Academy advances its record to 9-8 on the year. The Pandas host Penquis Valley (Milo, ME) to meet the Patriots in a non-league battle on Monday, February 3. The Patriots enter the battle with a record of 7-11. Penquis Valley won 55-42 in their recent league battle against Central (East Corinth, ME)
The Tigers now own a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calais for a non-league battle on Monday, February 3. Shead will meet a Blue Devils squad coming off a 62-45 league win over Penobscot Valley (Howland, ME). The Blue Devils record now stands at 10-6.
