The Wildcats now possess a 11-17 record. They play next when they travel to Prairieville for a 5A District 5 bout on Tuesday, February 4. Walker will play a Hurricanes team coming off a 49-46 league loss to Dutchtown (Geismar, LA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 10-12.

With the loss, Live Oak falls to 9-14 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to East Ascension (Gonzales, LA) to play the Spartans in a 5A District 5 bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 15-4. East Ascension won 65-60 in their recent league bout against Denham Springs (Denham Springs, LA)
