Virginia High School Basketball - Loudoun Valley routs Rock Ridge

In Friday's league contest, the host Loudoun Valley Vikings basketball team scored a big 58-36 triumph over the Rock Ridge Phoenix.

The Vikings (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage (Leesburg, VA). The Pride go into the Dulles contest with a 15-4 record. In their last contest, Heritage smashed Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA), 55-47, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Phoenix confront the John Champe Knights (Aldie, VA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, February 3. Rock Ridge will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 2-15 record after their 48-43 league loss to Woodgrove (Purcellville, VA).
