The Woodstock Blue Streaks basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Marengo Indians to 49 in the Blue Streaks league triumph on Friday.

The Blue Streaks now have a 15-9 record. They play next when they host Belvidere for a non-league game on Monday, February 3. Woodstock will confront a Bucs team coming off a 76-63 league loss to Jefferson (Rockford, IL). The Bucs record now stands at 7-17.

With the loss, Marengo falls to 4-20 on the campaign. The Indians host Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL) to confront the Skyhawks in a Kishwaukee River game on Monday, February 3. The Skyhawks go into the game with a record of 11-13. Johnsburg lost 68-43 in their recent non-league game against IC Catholic Prep (Elmhurst, IL)
