In their next game, the Patriots encounter the Cairo Pilots (Cairo, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 1. Massac County will attempt to improve on its 9-11 season record. The Pilots come into the challenge with a 10-11 record after their 94-54 non-league win over Egyptian (Tamms, IL).
