Texas High School Basketball - Plano East bests McKinney

The Plano East Panthers basketball team scored 63 points and limited the host McKinney Lions to 45 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers (23-4) will now prepare for their contest against Allen (Allen, TX). The Eagles go into the 6A Region I District 6 contest with a 27-1 record. In their last contest, Allen topped McKinney Boyd (McKinney, TX), 87-60, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Rock Hill Blue Hawks (Frisco, TX) in a 6A Region I District 6 contest, on Tuesday, February 4. McKinney will attempt to better on its 16-15 season record. The Blue Hawks go into the contest with a 13-14 record after their 47-44 league win over Plano (Plano, TX).
