North Carolina High School Basketball - Stuart W. Cramer thwarts North Gaston

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Stuart W. Cramer Storm (Belmont, NC) and the visiting North Gaston Wildcats (Dallas, NC), observed Stuart W. Cramer's basketball team knock off North Gaston by a score of 74-58.

The Storm (7-13) will now prepare for their challenge against South Point (Belmont, NC). The Red Raiders come into the 3A Big South challenge with a 11-9 record. In their last challenge, South Point prevailed over Forestview (Gastonia, NC), 69-66, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats encounter the Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC) in a 3A Big South challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. North Gaston will attempt to improve on its 6-14 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 8-12 record after their 69-66 league loss to South Point (Belmont, NC).
