The Northwest Indians (Canal Fulton, OH) basketball were winner over the visiting Orrville Red Riders (Orrville, OH), 73-56 in Friday's league bout.
The Indians now possess a 13-4 record. They play next when they host Springfield for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 4. Northwest will play a Spartans team coming off a 62-34 league loss to Coventry (Akron, OH). The Spartans record now stands at 0-18.
With the loss, Orrville falls to 9-6 on the campaign. The Red riders travel to Canton South (Canton, OH) to play the Wildcats in a Principals bout on Friday, February 7. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 8-8.
