In Friday's league test, the Rainier Mountaineers (Rainier, WA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Winlock Cardinals (Winlock, WA), by a final score of 70-32.
Next, the Mountaineers clash with the Toledo Indians (Toledo, WA) in a 2B Central test, on Monday, February 3. Rainier will attempt to upgrade on its 12-7 season record. The Indians come into the test with a 17-3 record after their 55-37 league win over Toutle Lake (Toutle, WA).
The Cardinals (7-11) will now prepare for their test against Napavine (Napavine, WA). The Tigers come into the 2B Central test with a 17-2 record. In their last test, Napavine bounced Morton/White Pass (Morton, WA), 95-57, in a league test.
