With the victory, Taylor advances its record to 7-9 on the year. The Griffins host Trenton (Trenton, MI) to face the Trojans in a Downriver match on Thursday, February 6. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 9-6.

The Bears now own a 0-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edsel Ford for a Downriver match on Tuesday, February 4. Roosevelt will face a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 49-42 league win over Carlson (Gibraltar, MI). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 6-10.
