Colorado High School Basketball - Doherty overwhelms Vista Ridge

The Doherty Spartans basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting Vista Ridge Wolves to 30 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.
The Spartans now have a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Pine Creek for a game on Tuesday, February 4. Doherty will confront a Eagles team coming off a 56-19 league win over Rampart (Colorado Springs, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 10-0.
With the loss, Vista Ridge falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Wolves host Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, CO) to confront the Trojans in a game on Thursday, February 6. The Trojans go into the game with a record of 3-4.
