The Fairfax Lions basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host South County Stallions to 41 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Robinson for a non-league game on Monday, February 3. Fairfax will confront a Rams team coming off a 55-45 non-league loss to Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA). The Rams record now stands at 6-6.

With the loss, South County falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Stallions host West Springfield (Springfield, VA) to confront the Spartans in a non-league game on Monday, February 3. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 7-4. West Springfield won 62-54 in their recent non-league game against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA)
