The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Thousand Oaks Lancers (Thousand Oaks, CA) and the visiting Agoura Chargers (Agoura, CA), observed Thousand Oaks's basketball team overwhelm Agoura by a score of 65-25.
The Lancers (18-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Newbury Park (Newbury Park, CA). The Panthers come into the Marmonte challenge with a 15-12 record. In their last challenge, Newbury Park was routed by Westlake (Westlake Village, CA), 67-32, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Chargers battle the Calabasas Coyotes (Calabasas, CA) in a Marmonte challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Agoura will attempt to improve on its 11-15 season record. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a 8-14 record after their 46-38 non-league win over Grant (Van Nuys, CA).
