The Anaconda Copperheads basketball squad (Anaconda, MT), was outscored 59-50 in Friday's non-league battle with the host St. Ignatius Bulldogs (St. Ignatius, MT)
With the victory, St. Ignatius advances its record to 11-4 on the year. The Bulldogs host Troy (Troy, MT) to meet the Trojans in a B District 7 battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Trojans enter the battle with a record of 3-11.
The Copperheads now own a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Florence-Carlton for a B District 6 battle on Saturday, February 1. Anaconda will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 67-12 non-league win over Stevensville (Stevensville, MT). The Falcons record now stands at 11-2.
