The Beacon Bulldogs basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Cornwall Central Dragons to 45 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Port Jervis for a Section 9 Orange County III game on Monday, February 3. Beacon will confront a Raiders team coming off a 47-29 league loss to Beacon (Beacon, NY). The Raiders record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Cornwall Central falls to 10-4 on the campaign. The Dragons host Monticello (Monticello, NY) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Monday, February 3. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 1-9. Monticello lost 49-30 in their recent non-league game against Eldred (Eldred, NY)
