In Friday's non-league contest, the host Triton Cobras basketball team scored a good 73-65 triumph over the Bethlehem Academy Cardinals.
The Cobras (19-2) will now prepare for their contest against Blooming Prairie (Blooming Prairie, MN). The Awesome Blossoms go into the non-league contest with a 6-15 record. In their last contest, Blooming Prairie was topped by Randolph (Randolph, MN), 55-32, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cardinals battle the Kenyon-Wanamingo Knights (Kenyon, MN) in a A Section 1 contest, on Sunday, February 2. Bethlehem Academy will attempt to better on its 7-10 season record.
