The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Boyle County Rebels (Danville, KY) and the visiting Lincoln County Patriots (Stanford, KY), observed Boyle County's basketball team overcome Lincoln County by a score of 48-33.

The Rebels (10-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Casey County (Liberty, KY). The Rebels come into the non-league challenge with a 6-12 record. In their last challenge, Casey County dropped by Garrard County (Lancaster, KY), 70-60, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Patriots battle the Wayne County Cardinals (Monticello, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 3. Lincoln County will attempt to improve on its 8-11 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 11-8 record after their 72-56 non-league win over Pineville (Pineville, KY).
