The Landrum Cardinals basketball squad (Landrum, SC), was nudged 45-43 in Friday's league battle with the host Brashier Middle College Charter Bengal (Simpsonville, SC)

With the victory, Brashier Middle College Charter advances its record to 6-9 on the year. The Bengal travel to Greenville Tech Charter (Greenville, SC) to meet the Warriors in a AA Region 1 battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Warriors enter the battle with a record of 11-8. Greenville Tech Charter won 39-35 in their recent non-league battle against Laurens Academy (Laurens, SC)

The Cardinals now own a 11-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blacksburg for a AA Region 1 battle on Tuesday, February 4. Landrum will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 55-39 league win over Liberty (Liberty, SC). The Wildcats record now stands at 13-8.
