The Legacy Christian Academy Warriors (Beaumont, TX) basketball toppled the host Briarwood Mustangs (Houston, TX), 29-19 in Friday's league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 12-10 record. They play next when they host Brazosport Christian for a TAPPS 2A District 8 bout on Tuesday, February 4. Legacy Christian Academy will play a Eagles team coming off a 50-8 league win over O'Connell (Galveston, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 13-3.
With the loss, Briarwood falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Brazosport Christian (Lake Jackson, TX) to play the Eagles in a TAPPS 2A District 8 bout on Monday, February 10. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 13-3.
