The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Cascade Christian Challengers (Medford, OR) and the visiting Brookings-Harbor Bruins (Brookings, OR), observed Cascade Christian's basketball team overwhelm Brookings-Harbor by a margin of 59-35.

The Challengers (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, OR). The Billies come into the non-league challenge with a 16-4 record. In their last challenge, Pleasant Hill trounced Creswell (Creswell, OR), 44-21, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Bruins play the St. Mary's Crusaders (Medford, OR) in a 3A Southern Oregon bout, on Tuesday, February 4. Brookings-Harbor will attempt to move on its 11-9 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 28-22 league win over North Valley (Grants Pass, OR).
