In Friday's league contest, the visiting Byron Eagles basketball team scored a big 43-5 win over the Mt. Morris Panthers.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Chesaning Indians (Chesaning, MI) in a Mid-Michigan contest, on Monday, February 3. Mt. Morris will attempt to better on its 1-12 season record. The Indians come into the contest with a 2-12 record after their 45-18 league loss to Ovid-Elsie (Elsie, MI).
