In Friday's league contest, the host Catholic Central Hilltoppers basketball team scored a big 79-29 triumph over the University School of Milwaukee Wildcats.

The Hilltoppers (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against St. Thomas More (Milwaukee, WI). The Cavaliers go into the non-league contest with a 12-7 record. In their last contest, St. Thomas More was trounced by Martin Luther (Greendale, WI), 57-56, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Living Word Lutheran Timberwolves (Jackson, WI) in a Midwest Classic contest, on Tuesday, February 4. University School of Milwaukee will attempt to better on its 0-15 season record. The Timberwolves go into the contest with a 10-6 record after their 54-49 league loss to Luther Prep (Watertown, WI).
