The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Chantilly Chargers (Chantilly, VA) and the visiting South Lakes Seahawks (Reston, VA), observed Chantilly's basketball team overwhelm South Lakes by a margin of 68-40.

The Chargers (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against James Madison (Vienna, VA). The Warhawks come into the District 1 challenge with a 8-9 record. In their last challenge, James Madison was trounced by Centreville (Clifton, VA), 59-53, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Seahawks battle the Oakton Cougars (Vienna, VA) in a District 1 challenge, on Monday, February 3. South Lakes will attempt to better on its 4-11 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 16-2 record after their 61-33 league win over Westfield (Chantilly, VA).
