With the victory, Chatham Central advances its record to 10-6 on the year. The Bears travel to Cummings (Burlington, NC) to face the Cavaliers in a 1A/2A Mid-Carolina match on Tuesday, February 4. The Cavaliers enter the match with a record of 4-9. Cummings lost 45-22 in their recent non-league match against Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC)

The Red Devils now own a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jordan-Matthews for a 1A/2A Mid-Carolina match on Monday, February 3. Graham will face a Jets squad coming off a 79-0 league loss to Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC). The Jets record now stands at 4-14.
