The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Colleton Prep Academy War Hawks (Walterboro, SC) and the visiting St. John's Christian Academy Cavaliers (Moncks Corner, SC), observed Colleton Prep Academy's basketball team overcome St. John's Christian Academy by a score of 57-40.
The War Hawks (16-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Jefferson Davis Academy (Blackville, SC). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 4-9 record. In their last challenge, Jefferson Davis Academy dropped by Curtis Baptist (Augusta, GA), 58-24, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Cavaliers battle the Hilton Head Prep Dolphins (Hilton Head Island, SC) in a SCISA 3A Region IV challenge, on Saturday, February 1. St. John's Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Dolphins come into the challenge with a 11-8 record after their 47-40 non-league loss to Cross (Bluffton, SC).
