Washington, DC High School Basketball - Sidwell Friends triumphant over Connelly School of the Holy Child

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC) and the visiting Connelly School of the Holy Child (Potomac, MD), observed Sidwell Friends's basketball team overwhelm Connelly School of the Holy Child by a margin of 67-23.
The Quakers (17-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Georgetown Day (Washington, DC). The Mighty Hoppers come into the DCSAA challenge with a 2-13 record. In their last challenge, Georgetown Day trounced Foxcroft (Middleburg, VA), 52-5, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the battle the Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA) in a VISAA Division I challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Connelly School of the Holy Child will attempt to better on its 3-14 season record.
