Oklahoma High School Basketball - Elgin routs Southeast

In Friday's league contest, the host Elgin Owls basketball team scored a big 67-23 triumph over the Southeast Spartans.
The Owls (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Guymon (Guymon, OK). The Tigers go into the 5A District 1 challenge with a 8-6 record. In their last challenge, Guymon trounced Perkins-Tryon (Perkins, OK), 41-27, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans encounter the El Reno Indians (El Reno, OK) in a 5A District 1 challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Southeast will attempt to improve on its 7-10 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 15-2 record after their 32-16 league win over Guymon (Guymon, OK).
