In Friday's league contest, the host GRACE Christian Eagles basketball team scored a close 42-37 triumph over the Wake Christian Academy Bulldogs.

The Eagles (6-11) will now prepare for their contest against Cary Christian (Cary, NC). The Knights go into the NCISAA Capital City contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Cary Christian was tipped by Trinity Academy (Raleigh, NC), 58-32, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the New Life Camp Storm (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 6. Wake Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 8-13 season record.
