California High School Basketball - Selma succumbs to Kerman

January 31, 2025: Selma, CA 93662

The Kerman Lions defeated the host Selma Bears basketball squad by a final score of 48-34 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Lions clash with the Reedley Pirates (Reedley, CA) in a Tri-County - Kings Canyon outing, on Wednesday, February 5. Kerman will attempt to upgrade on its 17-7 season record. The Pirates come into the outing with a 9-14 record after their 66-22 league loss to Sierra Pacific (Hanford, CA).

The Bears (9-9) will now prepare for their outing against Immanuel (Reedley, CA). The Eagles come into the Tri-County - Kings Canyon outing with a 20-5 record. In their last outing, Immanuel overcame Arroyo Grande (Arroyo Grande, CA), 45-30, in a non-league outing.
