In Friday's non-league contest, the host KIPP Tulsa University Prep Bulldogs basketball team scored a close 2-0 triumph over the Star-Spencer Bobcats.
The Bulldogs (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Mingo Valley Christian (Tulsa, OK). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 6-14 record. In their last contest, Mingo Valley Christian was tipped by Lakewood Christian (McAlester, OK), 51-35, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bobcats battle the Yukon Millers (Yukon, OK) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 1. Star-Spencer will attempt to better on its 2-17 season record. The Millers go into the contest with a 10-7 record after their 42-36 non-league loss to Coweta (Coweta, OK).
