The Lanier Longhorns (Sugar Hill, GA) basketball crushed the host Seckinger Jaguars (Buford, GA), 58-17 in Friday's league bout.
The Longhorns now possess a 13-11 record. They play next when they host Chattahoochee for a AAAAA Region 7 bout on Tuesday, February 4. Lanier will play a Cougars team coming off a 50-29 league loss to Roswell (Roswell, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 11-12.
With the loss, Seckinger falls to 6-14 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Roswell (Roswell, GA) to play the Hornets in a AAAAA Region 7 bout on Saturday, February 1. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 11-11. Roswell won 41-22 in their recent league bout against Gainesville (Gainesville, GA)
