Texas High School Basketball - Midland Legacy fells Midland

January 31, 2025: Midland, TX 79707

The Midland Legacy Rebels basketball team scored 43 points and limited the visiting Midland Bulldogs to 35 in the Rebels league triumph on Friday.

The Rebels now possess a 19-12 record. They play next when they travel to Frenship for a 6A Region I District 2 game on Tuesday, February 4. Midland Legacy will confront a Tigers team coming off a 52-13 league win over San Angelo Central (San Angelo, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 27-6.

With the loss, Midland falls to 16-15 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Odessa (Odessa, TX) to confront the Bronchos in a 6A Region I District 2 game on Tuesday, February 4. The Bronchos go into the game with a record of 11-21. Odessa lost 44-18 in their recent league game against Permian (Odessa, TX)
