In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Wayzata Trojans basketball team scored a good 78-67 triumph over the Minnetonka Skippers.

The Trojans (17-4) will now prepare for their contest against Woodbury (Woodbury, MN). The Royals go into the non-league contest with a 12-11 record. In their last contest, Woodbury was topped by Roseville (Roseville, MN), 65-51, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Skippers battle the Maple Grove Crimson (Maple Grove, MN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 1. Minnetonka will attempt to better on its 12-9 season record. The Crimson go into the contest with a 18-2 record after their 70-33 non-league win over Rogers (Rogers, MN).
