Georgia High School Basketball - Seminole County knocks off Mitchell County

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Seminole County Indians (Donalsonville, GA) and the visiting Mitchell County Eagles (Camilla, GA), observed Seminole County's basketball team overcome Mitchell County by a margin of 51-41.

The Indians (17-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Early County (Blakely, GA). The Bobcats come into the A D2 Region 1 challenge with a 13-6 record. In their last challenge, Early County was knocked off by Stewart County (Lumpkin, GA), 55-52, in a league test.

The Eagles (8-13) will now prepare for their test against Miller County (Colquitt, GA). The Pirates come into the A D2 Region 1 test with a 6-13 record.
