Iowa High School Basketball - Unity Christian nips MOC-Floyd Valley

In Friday's league contest, the host Unity Christian Knights basketball team scored a close 60-56 triumph over the MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen.
The Knights (12-8) will now prepare for their contest against Central Lyon (Rock Rapids, IA). The Lions go into the Siouxland contest with a 12-5 record. In their last contest, Central Lyon nipped Spirit Lake (Spirit Lake, IA), 67-48, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Dutchmen battle the Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley NIGHTHAWKS (Rock Valley, IA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 4. MOC-Floyd Valley will attempt to better on its 7-11 season record. The NIGHTHAWKS go into the contest with a 14-1 record after their 66-14 non-league win over Sheldon (Sheldon, IA).
