In Friday's league contest, the visiting Mt. Vernon-Enola Warhawks basketball team scored a big 72-46 win over the White County Central Bears.
The Warhawks (18-11) will now prepare for their contest against Wonderview (Hattieville, AR). The Daredevils come into the non-league contest with a 21-6 record. In their last contest, Wonderview smashed Augusta (Augusta, AR), 51-29, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bears battle the Conway Christian Eagles (Conway, AR) in a 2A Region 5 contest, on Tuesday, February 4. White County Central will attempt to better on its 5-22 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 13-6 record after their 46-43 league loss to Quitman (Quitman, AR).
