The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Pratt Greenbacks (Pratt, KS) and the visiting Nickerson Panthers (Nickerson, KS), observed Pratt's basketball team overwhelm Nickerson by a score of 74-27.

The Greenbacks (8-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Haven (Haven, KS). The Wildcats come into the Central Kansas challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Haven was routed by Halstead (Halstead, KS), 47-31, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Andale Indians (Andale, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Nickerson will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 55-39 non-league loss to Valley Center (Valley Center, KS).
