The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Northpoint Christian Trojans (Southaven, MS) and the visiting St. George's Gryphons (Collierville, TN), observed Northpoint Christian's basketball team overwhelm St. George's by a score of 52-30.

The Trojans (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Harding Academy (Memphis, TN). The Lions come into the Division II-A West District 6 challenge with a 15-5 record. In their last challenge, Harding Academy trounced Lausanne Collegiate (Memphis, TN), 38-26, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Gryphons encounter the Varsity Opponent (, ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 3. St. George's will attempt to improve on its 3-18 season record.
