The Eagles (13-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lebo (Lebo, KS). The Wolves go into the Lyon County contest with a 11-3 record. In their last contest, Lebo nipped Madison (Madison, KS), 42-28, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the West Franklin Falcons (Pomona, KS) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Waverly will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 5-9 record after their 80-22 non-league win over Osawatomie (Osawatomie, KS).
