The Wilcox RVT Wildcats (Meriden, CT) basketball edged the visiting Platt RVT Panthers (Milford, CT), 47-44 in Friday's league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 13-3 record. They play next when they host Kaynor Tech for a Connecticut Technical bout on Tuesday, February 4.
With the loss, Platt RVT falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Seymour (Seymour, CT) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Monday, February 3. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 11-3. Seymour won 59-34 in their recent non-league bout against Wilby (Waterbury, CT)
