With the victory, Sulphur advances its record to 21-3 on the year. The Golden Tors travel to Acadiana (Lafayette, LA) to face the Rams in a 5A District 3 match on Tuesday, February 4. The Rams enter the match with a record of 5-18. Acadiana lost 47-9 in their recent league match against New Iberia (New Iberia, LA)

The Broncos now own a 10-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lacassine for a non-league match on Monday, February 3. Sam Houston will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 71-40 league loss to Bell City (Bell City, LA). The Cardinals record now stands at 9-12.
